Temporary Housing / Short term housing

We can help! we help temporary workers, such as nurses, construction professionals, and businesses needing unique housing for employees where there isn't appropriate hotels available. We work directly with home insurance, which can pay for an RV at an RV park or on your own property if you have enough space, access to 20amps power at minimum and water. Your housing coverage is under "Loss of use coverage or ALE (additonal living expense)". Please contact us knowing your home claim agent and your claim # and policy #. We will connect with them and assist to get the process started.  (Note: We cannot provide housing instead of having an apartment/house/lease if you are local and not traveling or having repairs/construction done. We need to have proof of a lease or ownership of primary housing.)

We have a 5% Military/Veteran discount with proof, and also offer length of stay discounts that are automatically calculated during your booking.

We also offer discounts for multiple units rented, and referrals!

Times for pickup/delivery:  Your booking is pending that the date and time of desired pickup/delivery work with scheduling.

• For pickup our typical times for pickup is  915am 10am, 1045am, 1130am on Monday-Thursdays.
• Fridays we can do up until 2pm, saturdays are typically not a return/pickday day, and sundays are flexible before 5pm.
• We need returns back at 9am or10am or 11am at the latest to clean and prep for other rentals.
• Deliveries to booked locations need to be arranged between check-in times, your timing and our abilities, and may require a booking for the night before you plan to arrive to be able to have the site accessible. Our delivery pickup time at end of rental is 9-1030am.
• We have a storage location closeby to our business address in Spokane Valley, WA. 
• **Hours by appointment only for visiting units, and we are happy to do a live video walkthrough! Please check out youtube channel for the orientations which have a full walk-through for you!
• Keep in mind that RVs are typically out on rental or at our storage location.**
