Description/Features:

2021 Forest River Forester 2251SLE 24 ft motorhome has a 1 bedroom slide to allow walking around, and privacy pull fabric door. It has a walk in shower and a flip-up counter top addition in the kitchen. There is room inside to prep, eat and sleep and a length that allows you to go anywhere! Well designed storage space for all. 

This motorhome has the perfect combination of style, roomy all within a relatively familiar length of motorhome. Only 2 ft longer than a long bed crew cab truck and a common moving truck size, it is easy to maneuver with a spotter in tight spots even!  This RV is allowed in almost every campsite in national parks and forests.

24ft is even allowed on the Going to the Sun road and other length restricted sites and roads on your expedition. Take it to yellowstone or Glacier! Even BC Canada! Swing out LED TV above bunk and TV in bedroom with amazon fire stick.
This unit has 4 seatbelts (only 4 can legally ride inside RV, although it can sleep 5)

Mileage Included: 
Bookings through our website (book.inlandnwrentals.com): 125 miles/night with $.75/mi overage
*Adjustments might have to be to your reservation, please reach out.  Note that renters will need to submit basic stops expected/itinerary to calculate miles. Mileage must be prepaid and any unused will be refunded. Miles are calculated as such: (125 x # of nights) = total trip included miles.

Generator Included: 4 hrs/night (4 x # of nights rented = total hours for free) $5/hour over 4

Beds  
• Queen bed in the back with wardrobe and privacy pull curtain.
• Over the cab sleeping has a queen mattress space with a softer mattress with protector for comfort, and it holds up to 750 lbs- perfect for adults or kids.  
• There is an additional bed from the dinette folded down into a 42"x 68" bed (5'8") perfect for younger kids, teens and those under 5'8"

Kitchen
Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen with a good amount of counter space and flip-up extension.
• 3-burner gas stove and mini oven
• Functional good size sink & dish mat.
• Microwave (convection) and a larger 10 cu. ft RV refrigerator/freezer
• Included: silverware, k-cup coffee maker, mini air fryer, pot and pan set,Ccooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, thermometer, 1 dish towel and dishwashing kit, garbage in kitchen and bath and bags.

The bathroom has a stand-up shower with toilet, and outside of bathroom is a sink with cabinets above and below. 
• 1 hand towel and a bathmat are included, along with 1 towel & washcloth per booked person.
• RV toilet paper is included.  (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging). Only Rv TP may go in the toilet tank.

Outside
• Includes: 2 folding chairs, and outside mat , 10x10 pop-up awning on request for free.
(extra chairs available) Many add-ons such as electric of gas flat-top grill, propane portable fire pit, bike rack, Starlink portable satellite internet, Boondocking kit, and more.

Pets
This unit is dog friendly, up to 2 well trained dogs. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee ($60/dog).  Please do not leave dogs alone inside RV and kennel at night. Any damage from pets is the responsibility of the renter on record. We prefer kennels be used at night.

Insurance 
Motorhomes require the additional driver insurance from our commerical insurance unless your insurance is on our "allowed list" and sends a specific coverage guarantee (ceritficate of coverage) that has requirements to be legal. All Motohome rentals are required to purchase the Additional SLI if your insurance does not bind and cannot be accepted, which gives full coverage at upper limits for roadtrips! This is a separate transaction we will guide you through, based on dates and must be purchased 7 days prior to departure. This insurance covers: Driver liability, property damage, bodily injury, physical damage (comp & collision to RV) for $19.95 per day. 

Rentals Towing: We allow towing for individuals with experience
There is an additonal fee for towing that is a daily $30 to cover more wear and tear and MBA additional SLI is required. 

Please note if you pay for any add-ons and do not end up using them by choice, there is no refund.

Gas tank and propane must be refilled before return. Propane fee if not filled: $40  Gas fee is not refilled:  $0.50 cents above current fuel cost where refilled, at amount filled. Stripe processing fee of 2.95% will be charged for all return fees.

Rules:

• No smoking inside at all, including all vaping and drugs in general are prohibited inside the RV. 
• Leave no trace or odor in RV in general for everyone please.
• Please use any tobacco or Marijuana inside the RV, and no other drugs.
• Do not use the awning, and be kind to chairs, tables and pop-ups provided. (Pop-up is free!)
• For stationary delivery, no moving RV during use or hooking up to a truck . Do not adjust stabilizers or slide outs if delivered.
• Dogs are to stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Do not leave your dog alone inside, and use a kennel/crate for bedtime please.
• Please Do not remove protector on couch or beds.
• Videos and photos are taken before and after every rental for inventory and condition purposes. All tires and suspension is checked before every rental and services by professionals.
• It is expected for the RV to be left the way you got it (clean!) Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal. This RV is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, a broom and dust pan, a vacuum and a swiffer mop so you can tidy up at the end.  If the RV has not had any effort to be swept/lightly cleaned at least, there is a $150 fee to cover up to 1 hr of cleaning. If RV is left excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains, damage and excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee plus damages. \Please pick up and treat it like you own it and keep up cleaning during a longer rental. :) we love our RVs too and want it to last a long time!
• For delivery, Owner will handle setting up RV, and breaking down RV when it comes to slides, awning, and stabilizers so you don't have to stress about it for a stationary delivery. Deliveries will vary on time and Inland NW Rentals will confirm dropoff time and locations within 24-48 hours before delivery. For pickup we will have a demonstration & full tutorial.

• Deposit for booking is 25% of total rental from June to mid September. Mid September to end of May is 50% deposit to book. This is required within 24 hours of booking and a card on file is required during this process.
• Deposits are nonrefundable to hold and secure your reservation as it blocks this timeframe for others.
• This motorhome has a Security Deposit of $2000 that will be processed as an authorization hold approximately 48 hrs before rental. This will be returned if there is no damage. **If your rental is over 6 nights, we need to process a security deposit- you may bring a bank cashiers check or cash 4 business days prior, or use Business Venmo to reduce the 3% payment processing fee. Deposit is returned at end minus any processing fee. (1.8% for Business Venmo, 3% for integrated stripe)
