We have 2 tent setup packages- We can rent these out for other events, however we ONLY setup and deliver and break down for labor day weekend and Above & Beyond 2026 at the Gorge

Package 1: $625 - 6 person 11x7 cabin tent with attached 9x6 screened porch.' and 6'6" tall and wider at the top than comparable tents. It can "fit 2 Fulls."

-We will supply air mattress or memory foam camping mats for 1 Full and 1 single, or 3 twin/singles with room for each to have a bag and some food items inside. 

Note- there is no power unless you are in grove. We will supply a battery operated fan that can be recharged via battery banks you bring (and can charge via car). We also offer a portable solar suitcase (200w) as an add-on that has USB output, and a large Anker powerstation (1064wh).

200w suitcase solar: $125

Anker 1056wh solix1000 power station: $250  (has app, and rapid recharge fsatest in industry. Can charge off vehicle or a neighbors generator (for a generator it charges 100% in 1 hr). Combine solar with anker for $25 discount.

**It we wouldn't sleep on it as campers outselves we won't have you sleep on it! We are supplying 6" sleeping pads that are TPU based so they don't stretch as much to keep you comfortable, and have 2 single cots available. Please be fully out by monday 830am. You can be around just tent and items cleared. On monday you are required to clear out all of your items, empty coolers 100% , have dishes cleaned, garbage and all leftover food and open drinks disposed of. Please do not leave any garbage. You can leave alcoholic drinks and other sealed drinks only, and unopened shelf stable food we can donate to a food bank. :) Leave the tent upright with stakes and poles in place. We will come to break it down and remove our items. LOCK IT ALSO please.

For setup we provide a combo of regular, strong aluminum stakes for tent corners, and steel thick stakes to guy-line out the fly. We will send a rechargeable air pump for the mattresses, a sheet set and a sleeping bag or blanket for each bed depending on our availability. Pillows may be arranged also. We will air up the beds but you can customize easily. We include: a folding table, 60l+ cooler, a water jug with dispenser/spigot that can be refilled onsite, chairs for the # booked, starter disposable forks/spoons/plates, a headlamp, a lantern battery operated, a simple gas stove with a 1 lb propane bottle/butane can, a small dishwashing kit, 1 deep multipurpose pan with lid, a flipper, scoop, tongs can opener with beer opener for utensils, and lysol wipes & trash bag.

*We will provide you with a lock for your tent zipper. Please always put things away that risk being stolen* This is designed to be essentials- you will need to stop at a store to get food, more plates/utensils etc as this is a starter kit. Available as an add-on is items listed below.

**We do not setup in the standard zone. Last year the sites were clearly marked with spray paint and we will set it up in a way that you can have space to do what you need to do and park your vehicle. Do be aware if we setup wednesday it is first come first serve sites designated by staff, and we are not allowed to pick and choose as we enter.
