Description/Features:

This 2022 Sunset Trail 331BH 2 bedroom 1.5 bath RV has a Private master bedroom with RV King (80x72" wide), Bunkroom with door with 1 full sofabed, and 3 twins. The lower twin can be used as a bench/lounge. Dinette converts into a 80x42" bed. There is a half bath next to the bunkroom with it's own entry, and a full bath by master.

Total sleeps: 8 Length: 38 feet, Primarily delivery, and our largest unit 

This RV is ideal for large families or those who was more space for organizing clothing and or multiple households. Also a great 2 couples RV to share for trips! A great option for Temporary housing for insurance repairs or while your home is finishing up, and groups of friends or couples at a concert or family/friend trip.

This is the largest longest and heaviest RV and if you are interested in Towing it we will need to verify not just vehicle, but appropriate experience and comfort level. This trailer is almost always delivery. :)

This RV has 200w of solar to help recharge the battery setup from overnight use and basic use such as lights, usb outlets, fans etc. It also has heated holding tanks for shoulder seasons. There is a 45 gallon water tank, and 2 gray and 2 black septic tanks for each toilet.

What the rental comes with:       

Kitchen: Stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 9 and fully loaded! Pot, pans (small and large),lids, prep/mixing bowls, cutting boards with knives, silverware and a variety of spices beyond just salt and pepper. We also have plates, cups, bowls to eat and appliances include a K-cup coffee maker, 1000w air fryer, microwave and standard stove and oven. There is also all cooking tools such as a thermometer and basic measuring cups also. Our rule is that is must be setup well enough for us to use and cook in it! Dish soap, sponge and drying mat provided. 

Living: TV with a 4k Fire Stick (you must use your own hotspot/wifi) plus Indoor/outdoor bluetooth sound system with bluetooth or HDMI into TV, electric fireplace (these items require generator/power to use)

Master bed comes with a sheet set and all season quilt/blanket. All other beds come with a bed protector. Boondock pkg includes all bedding, otherwise Bring your own pillows, and sleeping bags or bedding for the beds beyond the master, or additional bedding available for small fee for laundering. We don't automatically include pillows unless out of town due to most renters bringing their own.

Bathroom: 1 towel and washcloth per person, and 2 hand towels total. Toilet paper included- MUST use provided TP. We don't supply shampoo/conditioner etc but we do supply hand soap for bathroom and kitchen. **Do note that when dry camping without sewer, only 1-2 showers is typically possible due to tank limitations without sewer.

This RV has a water heater than can be used on propane AND/OR electric. So if you are plugged into power, you don't need to turn the propane water heater on.

-We supply a 10x10 pop up sun shelter in lieu of an awning due to it being the most commonly damaged item. -The outdoor kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove, sink, cabinets, light and mini fridge that runs when RV is plugged into electricity. 

This RV has a blown-in heated underbelly with tank heaters, so we do allow some extended season use where you can use the waste tanks, however, when the average low is <36 this unit may be rented but with no water due to freeze risk. No insurance covers frozen pipe damage, unfortunately.

We love dogs! Maximum 2 adults, and must be potty trained. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone except in a lockable crate please. Dogs are to not go in/on bed or couch please, and wipe muddy paws. Pet fee is $60/per dog. All animals must be disclosed at booking.

50amp service with 2 Roof A/C (These require being plugged into 50 amp power or generator to work. 1 AC will work on 30amps, 2 with 50amps)

Generator: If you do not have 50amp electrical hookups, it is mandatory to have a rented Generator from us, as we do not allow outside generator usage. We have serviced high quality Generators available as an add-on that includes starter (about 3-4 days) of fuel. 

This rental does has a rental agreement that is required to book an RV with us. We provide inside and outside orientation videos that are downloadable. There is a walk through tutorial at key handover where we go through the RV, have a Q&A and cover any additional needs.

Rules:

• No smoking inside at all, including all vaping and drugs in general are prohibited inside the RV. 
• Leave no trace or odor in RV in general for everyone please.
• Please use any tobacco or Marijuana outside only, and no other drugs.
• Do not use the awning, and be kind to chairs, tables and pop-ups provided in place of awning.
• For stationary delivery, no moving RV during use or hooking up to a truck . Do not adjust stabilizers or slide outs if delivered. (We do it for you!)
• Dogs are to stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Do not leave your dog alone inside, and use a kennel/crate for bedtime please.
• Please Do not remove protector on couch or beds.
• Videos and photos are taken before and after every rental for inventory and condition purposes. All tires and suspension is checked before every rental and serviced by professionals.
• It is expected for the RV to be left the way you got it (clean!) Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is expected for us. This RV is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, a broom and dust pan, a vacuum and a swiffer mop so you can tidy up at the end.  If the RV has not had any effort to be swept/lightly cleaned at least, there is a $150 fee to cover up to 1 hr of cleaning. If RV is left excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains, damage and excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee plus damages. Please pick up and treat it like you own it and keep up cleaning during a longer rental. :) we love our RVs too and want it to last a long time!
• For delivery, Owner will handle setting up RV, and breaking down RV when it comes to slides, awning, and stabilizers so you don't have to stress about it for a stationary delivery. Deliveries will vary on time and Inland NW Rentals will confirm dropoff time and locations on booking, and then within 24-48 hours before delivery. For pickup we will have a demonstration & full tutorial.

• Deposit for booking is 25% of total rental from June to mid September. Mid September to end of May is 50% deposit to book. This is required within 24 hours of booking and a card on file is required during this process or your rental dates will be released.
• Deposits are nonrefundable to hold and secure your reservation as it blocks this timeframe for others.
• This Travel trailers has a Security Deposit of $2000 that will be processed as an authorization hold approximately 48 hrs before rental. This will be returned if there is no damage. Rentals over 5 days may require a security deposit be paid due to card hold limitations.
  
• Pickup with your own vehicle: It is mandatory to have liability coverage per law. See insurance page for more info. Link: https://inlandnwrentals.com/policies All pickups/towed rentals are required to attach a declarations page as proof of ownership and right to use vehicle with coverage verification. Truck must be rated to have payload and overall tow with a 20% remaining margin. Certain insurance may be allowed to do a certificate of coverage, otherwise we have a liability add-on from our commercial insurance.
  
• Maximum distance you may take is 8 hours away in case of tow vehicle breakdown.
• Owner and renter must do a direct hand off and tutorial and demonstrations to make sure all parties are safe and comfortable hooking and unhooking. Truck/vehicle must have 7-pin and brake controller. RV balls is 2 5/16" so please bring your own hitch with ball and pin. We offer an equalizer hitch for some but not all models you can use with your pin.
