Description/Features:

We have 3 tent packages for rent. We can rent these out for other events, however we ONLY setup and deliver and break down for labor day weekend at the Gorge.

Package 3: $525 - 6 person 10x8 Tent with attached vestibule that can fit 2 chairs and be rolled up for built-in shade and cooler etc. Height is 6' inside and wider at the top than comparable tents. It can fit a Full with good room for gear or 2 twins comfrortably but still has a smaller footprint. -We will supply air mattress or memory foam camping mats for 1 Full or 2 twin/singles with room for each to have a bag and all items inside. 

 This is the Coleman Skydome 6 with vestibule.

**It we wouldn't sleep on it as campers outselves we won't have you sleep on it! We are supplying 6" sleeping pads that are TPU based so they don't stretch as much to keep you comfortable, and have 2 single cots available. With the tent we have 1 options- we can meetup in Spokane thursday morning from 7am-10am for Pickup in spokane valley, or we set it up wednesday during business delievery setup day for an extra $50, and we lock it all up. On monday you are required to clear out all of your items, empty coolers, have dishes cleaned, garbage and all leftover food and drinks (beyond 16oz water bottles) disposed of. Leave the tent uprright with stakes and poles in place. We will come to break it down and remove our items.

For setup we provide a combo of regular, strong aluminum stakes for tent corners, and steel thick stakes to guy-line out the fly. We will send a rechargeable air pump for the mattresses, a sheet set and a sleeping bag or blanket for each bed depending on our availability. Pillows may be arranged also. We include: a folding table, 60l+ cooler, a water jug with dispenser/spigot that can be refilled onsite, chairs for the # booked, starter disposable forks/spoons/plates, a headlamp, a lantern battery operated, a simple gas stove with a 1 lb propane bottle/butane can, a small dishwashing kit, 1 deep multipurpose pan with lid, a flipper, scoop, tongs can opener with beer opener for utensils. 

*We will provide you with a lock for your tent zipper. Please always put things away that risk being stolen* This is designed to be essentials- you will need to stop at a store to get food, more plates/utensils etc as this is a starter kit. Available as an add-on is items listed below.

**We do not setup in the tent only zones. You must be camping in a spot where RVs are allowed (everything except the one saying tent only). Each site only allows one motorized vehicle so make plans for your parking before you enter the campground to carpool. Do be aware if we setup wednesday it is first come first serve sites designated by staff, and we are not allowed to pick and choose as we enter.
