Description/Features:

Voyager is a 2023 Grand Design Imagine 2910BH travel trailer and is towable with a 3/4+. The unloaded weight with water tank full is 7500lbs. This RV does has an equalizer sway control hitch for normal height vehicles.

This 34 foot RV is perfect for 2 couples or family with an older child, as the full size bed is double thick sleeping mats and turned 90 degrees and has a sliding door, along with wardrobe at the tail end of the trailer. The front has a large master suite with upgraded queen mattress, and adjoined bathroom, giving extra privacy to both bed areas.  The dinette is an extra wide short twin at 70" x 48" and could sleep 2 smaller kids easily. The recliners has cup holders and foot lighting for walking at night to the bathroom, and are also very comfy. We don't consider them "beds" but they are sleep-worthy!  This RV is designed for families or lots of room for couples on opposite ends, and has 1 long living room slide giving an open living area and corner kitchen with great storage. Perfect for people who want to spend time inside and outside, there is a door near the bathroom, and a large outdoor kitchen with a flattop griddle built in. 

Beds: 1 queen in master bedroom, behind bedroom door and bathroom door. 2nd bed is full size and is turned 90 degrees for privacy and has a door that also closes. dinette conversion is 70"x47".

We are pet friendly for adult potty-trained dogs. The RV is Stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 6. (see below)

• Supplied cleaning items include Clorox wipes, general spray and paper towels, Swiffer with wet pads, broom and stick vacuum.

Delivery available with pickup option for an experienced driver with towing and vehicle qualification. ALL gray and black tanks need to be emptied unless you have it or add-on dumping for pickup rentals, and propane tanks need to be refilled for pickup rentals. (No exchanges)

There is a strict no smoking inside RV including vaping. Campsite/location required for approval. I recommend a spot for 37 ft for maneuvering for Voyager. It may only be 34 ft, but making the turns and parking require extra room.

Features: Outside has LED lights, indoor and outdoor sound system and we include a 10x10 pop up shelter rental if desired. The bathroom is spacious with it's own sink and a large 30x36" shower and linen storage. There is plenty of well placed storage in living room and kitchen area, including a pantry and coat closet! Additionally there is room in outside under bay storage under the bedroom, and also on the rear wall outside.  Private master bedroom has medium soft Queen bed, full size is medium soft also.

• This RV is a 50amp RV, and CAN RUN the main A/C on 30amps, however the bedroom AC may not be used unless you have 50amps. We can accomodate this for certain rentals by generator on a case by case basis. Typically this is by a large loud generator, or if available we parallel two 30amp inverter generators. We will go over this if it is AC season to help you with the best fit.
• This specific RV has a 165w solar panel which helps trickle charge the batteries to run the fridge, which is DC only (not propane/DC). This will slightly reduce the amount of generator time if parked in the sun as a perk and the RV must be plugged into 30 or 50amps or generator to run any appliances or 120v outlets. Keep in mind solar does not capture when shaded, raining or very cloudy enough to refill battery use. 

What the rental comes with:

• Kitchen: Stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 6 and fully loaded! Pot, pans, lids, prep/mixing bowls, cutting boards with knives, silverware and a variety of spices beyond just salt and pepper. We also have plates, cups, bowls to eat and appliances include a K-cup coffee maker, 1000w air fryer, microwave and standard stove and oven. There is also all cooking tools such as a thermometer and basic measuring cups and all utensils needed, including marshmallow sticks! Our rule is that is must be setup well enough for us to use and cook in it! Dish soap, sponge and drying mat provided.
• Living: TV with a 4k Fire Stick (you must use your own hotspot/wifi) plus In/outdoor bluetooth sound system with DVD reader and HDMI into TV
• Master bed comes with a sheet set and all season quilt/blanket. Bring your own pillows, and sleeping bags or bedding for the beds beyond the master or add additional bedding available for small fee for laundering.
• Bathroom: 1 towel and washcloth for each persons staying, and 2 hand towels for kitchen and bath. Toilet paper included- MUST use provided TP. We don't supply shampoo/conditioner etc but we do supply hand soap for bathroom and kitchen. ** Be aware that when dry camping only 1-2 showers is typically possible due to tank limitations without sewer.
• This RV has a water heater is a propane 12v on-demand tankless water heater. This should give you more than the standard 6 gallons of hot water, but you are still limited by your fresh water tank and need to reserve it for toilet use most important. (a dry toilet is a clogged toilet!)
•  We supply a 10x10 pop up sun shelter in lieu of an awning due to it being the most commonly damaged item, and easily $2000 to repair.
• The outdoor kitchen has a built-in propane flattop griddle cabinet, light and mini fridge that runs when RV is plugged into electricity. 
• This RV has a blown-in heated underbelly but no tank heaters, so we allow a limited extended season with water, and when the average low is 36 this unit may be rented but it will be with no water in the fresh tank or water lines, and no grey tank use. No insurance covers frozen pipe damage, sorry. We will setup a water dispenser and water catch basin for washing hands, and hand santizer.
• Only dogs allowed, maximum 2 and must be potty trained. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone except in a lockable crate with lock attached. Dogs are to not go in/on bed or couch please, and wipe muddy paws. Pet fee is $60/per dog. All animals must be disclosed at booking.
• Heater (propane/battery based), Roof A/C and 1 plug-in fans included. (These require being plugged into 30 amp power or generator to work)

Generator: If you do not have at minimum a 30amp RV electrical hookup, it is mandatory to have an approved Generator. We have serviced high quality Generators available as an add-on that includes 5 gallons of fuel. We have 2 options one that are a 30amp quiet inverter and the other is a 30amp Firman generator that is louder at 68Db at 25ft.

This rental does has a rental agreement that is required to book an RV with us. We provide inside and outside orientation videos that are downloadable. There is a walk through tutorial at key handover where we go through the RV, have a Q&A and cover any additional needs. Rules: No smoking inside at all, including all vaping and drugs in general are prohibited inside the RV. Leave no trace or odor in RV in general for everyone please. Please use any tobacco or Marijuana outside only, and no other drugs. Do not use the awning, and be kind to chairs, tables and pop-ups provided. For stationary delivery, no moving RV during use or hooking up to a truck . Do not adjust stabilizers or slide outs if delivered. Dogs are to stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Do not leave your dog alone inside, and use a kennel/crate for bedtime please. Please Do not remove protector on couch or beds. Videos and photos are taken before and after every rental for inventory and condition purposes. All tires and suspension is checked before every rental and services by professionals. It is expected for the RV to be left the way you got it (clean!) Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal. This RV is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, a broom and dust pan, a vacuum and a swiffer mop so you can tidy up at the end. If the RV has not had any effort to be swept/lightly cleaned at least, there is a $150 fee to cover up to 1 hr of cleaning. If RV is left excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains, damage and excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee plus damages. Please pick up and treat it like you own it and keep up cleaning during a longer rental. :) we love our RVs too and want it to last a long time! For delivery, Owner will handle setting up RV, and breaking down RV when it comes to slides, awning, and stabilizers so you don't have to stress about it for a stationary delivery. Deliveries will vary on time and Inland NW Rentals will confirm dropoff time and locations within 24-48 hours before delivery. For pickup we will have a demonstration & full tutorial. Mid September to end of May is 50% deposit to book. This is required within 24 hours of booking and a card on file is required during this process or your rental dates will be released. Deposits are nonrefundable to hold and secure your reservation as it blocks this timeframe for others.

All Travel trailers have a Damage Security Deposit of $1500 that will be processed as an authorization hold approximately 48 hrs before rental.  This will be returned if there is no damage. 

Pickup with your own vehicle: It is mandatory to have liability coverage per law, and not all insurance agrees to cover a trailer you do not own. See insurance page for more info. Link: https://inlandnwrentals.com/policies All pickups/towed rentals are required to attach a declarations page as proof of ownership and right to use vehicle with coverage verification. Truck must be rated to have payload and overall tow with a 20% remaining margin. Certain insurance may be allowed to do a certificate of coverage, and others we offer a liability add-on from our commercial insurance. 

• Maximum distance you may take is 8 hours away in case of tow vehicle breakdown without prior experience of traveling long term with a trailer.
• Owner and renter must do a direct hand off and tutorial and demonstrations to make sure all parties are safe and comfortable hooking and unhooking. Truck/vehicle must have 7-pin and brake controller. Most RV balls are 2 5/16" so please bring your own hitch with ball and pin. We offer an equalizer hitch with this RV and will verify you can hook it up without intervention on pickup. 
• It is expected for the RV to be picked up after using in a way that is tidy and some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee. The unit is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, a broom and dust pan, a vacuum and a swiffer mop.
